I want to try CodeSubmit and see how it works. How do I create an account?
Create a trial account here. Our trial accounts provide you with seven days to play with a few sample library assignments and get a decent idea of how the software works. When you’re ready to subscribe, you can do so in-app using the same account. That’s it!
How many seats does a CodeSubmit subscription include?
All of our subscriptions include an unlimited number of seats so that you can bring your entire hiring team into CodeSubmit.
Do you support SSO (Single Sign-on)?
SSO with Google and Microsoft is included on all plans. We offer SSO for 20+ additional identity providers such as Okta, GoogleSAML, Azure, OneLogin, and many more by purchasing an addon. Visit our SSO support page for a list of all identity providers we support, or contact our sales team for more information.
How is the monthly candidate quota calculated?
For paid accounts, the monthly candidate quota is calculated by adding up the following each month:
Number of candidates invited in-app or via the ATS to a Take-Home Challenge or Byte,
Number of candidates who self signup for a Take-Home Challenge or Byte using an invite link; and,
Number of candidates who are invited to a CodePair session
For the purpose of calculating the quota, we count each unique email address as a single, unique candidate.
So, if you want to invite the same candidate (using the same email address) to multiple CodeSubmit interviews, you're very welcome to do so! We will only count them as one (1) unique candidate in the quota.
Which Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) does CodeSubmit integrate with?
We currently integrate directly with Lever, Greenhouse, and Personio. We also integrate with many more ATS like Breezy, Recruitee, and Workable via Zapier.
Can you provide me with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
If you require a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), please contact us with your company name. We understand the importance of data privacy and security, and we're committed to ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Do you do offer product demos?
While our software is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, we recognize that you might want to see it in action before making a commitment. We do offer product demos, but we encourage you to create a trial account first to get a hands-on experience with our platform. If, after using the trial account, you still have questions or need a more detailed walkthrough, we are more than happy to provide a demo to address your specific needs.
Does CodeSubmit offer a discount for nonprofit organizations?
Currently, we do not have an official nonprofit discount or pricing structure.
Having said that, we have had the pleasure to work with numerous nonprofits doing great work to educate and mentor underrepresented groups in tech worldwide. We LOVE working with these teams and are so happy to support the work that they do!
